Hotel and staff were great, friendly and helpful! Were in town for the hockey game this hotel offered a lot of convenience for our needs, room and hotel were clean. They also offered a lot of options for their breakfast which was great as well.

Stayed on business but would come back and stay with family if visiting DC; seems perfect for that. It's located downtown in Chinatown. It's not expensive. With that comes the things that some of the other business travelers mentioned - you can hear the showers on other rooms and the toiletries aren't exotic. But there is a good free breakfast and I've never seen a staff more devoted to their hotel. The guy running breakfast personally greets everyone and serves as your personal host.

Was here only two days but enjoyed it. The friendly staff at the desk and rooms were great. The room was superb. Breakfast was very good. The fitness facility was more than adequate. Hopefully I will get to come back.

I stayed at this hotel, I was going to the white house correspondence dinner, I am a Marriott rewards member, I called the hotel prior to arriving asking for shuttle service, was told they did not offer - caught Uber from airport $13.00 , the stay was nice rooms - nice but small, breakfast and concierge staff nice but when returning was asking about transportation back to airport in the morning, female front desk staff had order me a shuttle , large vehicle waiting for me charged me $35.00 for the service - this was outrageous - have to wonder if the desk is getting paid to rip people off

Room Tip: city view is okay, I stayed on the 4th floor

2 blocks from Chinatown metro, plenty of mid range restaurants, free breakfast buffet starts at 0630, staff is great and very supportive, gym is in the basement, but does get wifi – 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and one bike, dumbells and one bench. Stayed on the 3rd floor corner room – there is a lot of street traffic and the windows are not tinted. Room fit my business needs for the week, but layout made it a little tight to move around (office work and clothes prep). Towels are tired and plumbing is slow to drain. My business was on the other side of Union Station, an easy 25 minute walk – plenty of places in Union station to get gifts, food or drink.

Room Tip: street traffic, recommend higher floor
