Wonderful beautiful heritage home in great location provided by terrific hosts, with an easy short walk to markets, city & waterfront . Big rooms with very high ceilings with a quality restoration to a grand old home. A definite return in the future :-)

I've stayed here a couple of times now. The Inn is easy to find, great to park at. It's a place you want to hang around as it's so lovely. It's my plan to go and stay for a longer period of time so I can relax and enjoy it more.

I fee lucky to find Hamptons Inn in my searches of various accomodation sites, as it turned out to be a way better stay than more expensive stays with less on offer.

Hamptons Inn is a converted house with private, keypad locked rooms and central dinning and lounge areas. The dining area has a wonderful selection of cereals, milk, juice, yoghurt and a continental breakfast in the mornings (croissants, ham, cheese, tomato) as well as a DeLoghi coffee machine for fresh coffee in the morning! We were very impressed with what was on offer.

Partner and I stayed in the Essex room, which had a massive spa bath, huge King bed and all the trimmings - in-room mini fridge, TV, wifi, air-con and complimentary port!
The only issue is it's a roof-fall shower head, meaning the whole bathroom got wet after a shower - but it was very clean regardless.

Given the Inn is on a main road, there's a fair bit of traffic noise but nothing too bad.

Overall a HIGHLY recommended stay at a great price.

Great location, amazing host, comfy bed and beautiful building. Very clean.
The breakfast was lovely and there were vegetarian and gluten free options as well as a good coffee machine.
The heritage elements of the building like the porch, lead light windows etc were lovely.
