Good selection of typical Estonian fare! Cowsmilk cheese with Cumin+Estonian redberry "jam" as starter; Elk casserole, as mains; were good recomendations. House beer was also good .... and that depends upon one's tastebuds. Mains was served only warm and when complaining about it "apologies but the plates were kept in a "hotter" ". The food was not kept warm while waiting to be served, though. Maybe it hung around whilst the travel group was being served? Prices very reasonable.

Friendly and helpfull waiters, delicious Estonian foods. Went there two times. You get local food in good yet affordable quality! A must have been there! And don't forget to taste their housebeet and the Kama dessert.

I came to this restaurant as it has an authentic Estonian menu. I ordered the Estonian blood sausage with sauerkraut, a classic in Estonian cuisine. The blood sausage was wonderful and also the vegetables were wonderfully cooked. Sauerkraut the way it is prepared in Switzerland or Germany is way too sour, the Estonian method at this restaurant was wonderful, slightly sour, but also a bit sweet. The dessert I ordered was Kama, a dessert of milled flour and sourmilk, accompanied by berry marmelade to sweeten it up. It tastes very good, but is very special for someone who never had it before, I would say it is like "tasty sand" . Service was friendly and the interior is also very cool. An absolute must in Tallinn.

This is a traditional Estonian food in a casual atmosphere. I highly recommend the Fried Black Bread with Garlic and Cheese Dip - so delicious! It was fun trying the different sausages in the Sausage Feast. The waitress was friendly and efficient.
