Dear Charlotte J,
I would like to personally thank you for taking the time and share your detailed comments on Tripadvisor following your recent stay with us here at the Aria Hotel Budapest.
We are truly grateful that both you and your granddaughter chose to stay with us. Mr. Henry Kallan (The owner of the Hotel) never misses to emphasize that he built the Aria as a humble tribute to the opera and opera singers; we hope that your granddaughter also enjoyed her stay and we were able to contribute to her talent in some form of inspiration. Belcanto has been an inspiration not only during the development of this beautiful hotel, but also for the staff and management as we continuously strive to create truly memorable experience for our guests.
Please accept my heartfelt apologies for the slow service in our SkyBar. It has in fact become a favorite destination amongst Budapest’s highlights, due to its breathtaking views over the whole city, creating a vibrant atmosphere which may at times attract a significant number of visitors. We have addressed the issue internally and will certainly control the access to site so that we can provide better service.
It seems a little unfortunate that during your stay we didn’t have Jazz performances because they certainly are amongst our favorites and available on our repertoire. We have the honor of welcoming guests with a diversity of music taste and do try to have a variety of performers from classical to jazz and contemporary according to our theme consisting of four major music genres (Jazz, Classic, Opera, Contemporary) during our wine & cheese receptions.
As the music director, responsible for the overall music entertainment programs in our property, I trust you soon return to the Aria Hotel when I will be happy to ensure to have jazz and classical performances.
Warm regards from Budapest,
Kornél @ AriaHotelBudapest.com
