Great service from the Rep. The apartment was in run down block however the apartment was very nice. newly refurbished.
The lighting needs to change as it was too dark in the living area.
Overall i was impressed!

We booked a lovely apartment called <<Luxury 2-Bedroom Apartment>>decorated with wood marble crystal ect.The apartment was 110sqm, two bedrooms ,two bathrooms ,safe and so on.We arrived in a different building, in a different apartment called <<Grand Budapest Penthouse>>,75sqm (as the manager reported to us)two bedrooms, one bathroom, no safe ,decorated with pink plastick reading lamps and chip white furniture from IKEA.We spent half our holidays trying to reach the owner (who was nowhere to be found) and in the end we received 100euros and free late check out ,as a compensation. Not happy at all !!!

Good location, in the city centre of this beautifull city.
Apartment was very clean and kitchen had all necessities for cooking
No 24hour reception like noticed... Someone picked us up from the office but was on time and very friendly. We would love to come back one day.

The owner is excellent at getting into contact with you and assisting with anything you may need. The apartment itself is clean and very well decorated. We had a wonderful time in visiting in March. Would definitely recommend using this apartment.

There were 12 of us in our party and we were put in 2 apartments. The Art Deco apartment sleeps 8 and the Cottage Apartment sleeps 5, we were unaware that they were in different buildings about 3 minutes away from each other but that's the only negative thing to say! I was in the Art Deco apartment and it was beautiful, it had everything you needed apart from a corkscrew... It has one now :) it has a large, well equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and a lounge with a double sofa bed, a shower room with a washing machine and a large bathroom with a large corner bath and another shower. There is a lack of mirrors but in the main bedroom the mirrors above the bed can be moved from the wall and can free stand. Lots of towels in each room and Andrew made sure we had a food welcome pack when we arrived along with a free bottle of bubbly. It is a residential building so be aware of the noise as the entrance is in a large courtyard which is echoey and the terrace is directly above Egyetem Square and also carries noise. I would definitely stay here again
