I was happy to learn that you highlighted the service of our staff and the unique amenities and freebies we provide. I also thank you for emphasizing the strategic location and the really comfy bed. I am sorry that the size of your room was not as big as you were expected; however I trust that the comfort and the room amenities lived up to your expectations. As you might have learned from other Tripadvisor reviews and management responses, we are dedicated to make each and every stay a memorable one. We are open all the time for problems and suggestions of our guests, and we always have a solution to solve any kind of inconvenience. We would have been happy to offer you a different room on another floor. When it comes to the breakfast selection I would like to confirm that we do provide a buffet breakfast with cold cuts, various types of bread, fresh fruits and vegetables, hot dishes, various diary items and on top of that we do offer an a’la carte menu from which our guests can choose from without any extra cost. I am sorry that you did not find this spread satisfying and you did not turn to the waiters to order from the extra menu. Moreover I would like to stress that we are a small boutique hotel in downtown Budapest with limited space available. The wellness area offers convenient changing rooms separated for men and woman, a Jacuzzi and two saunas. As it is stated clearly, the Finnish sauna is operating always; the infra-red cabin is turned on only upon request.
