It's a shame because this could be a very good property and the staff are friendly and willing to help but have been poorly trained. I think the email I sent to the GM will be my review:

Dear Ms. XYZ,

I feel compelled to write you regarding my 4 night stay at the property in Oswiecim. There have been a number of issues and I’ll try to be brief.

1. I originally booked a 3 night stay May 24-27 and then added an additional night in a separate reservation for May 23. I advised staff at check-in that I had a total of 4 nights and would prefer to stay in the same room. On May 24 I receive an email thanking me for my stay at the WARSAW Hampton Inn. Front desk had no clue why this was sent. Upon trying to check out this morning my folio shows a three night stay 24-27 with a line item charge equal to the cost of the night of the 23rd. Honors will see this as a 3 night stay of which you want me to pay for 4. Front desk is unable to correct this. The attached folio from the email you sent shows a zero charge and that reservation has disappeared from my stays or cancelled at Hilton.com and no credit has been given.

2. GPS directions bring you to the hotel with no place to park. The website does have turn by turn directions but I’ve never been to a property that didn’t either have a drop zone or signage to the garage. Once in the garage you need a room key to access the door entrance which you don’t have because you haven’t checked in yet. Bad first impression.

3. Ongoing noisy construction starting at 0730 which I can confirm by the lovely view I had of the work trailers. No notice on your website of this condition. Unacceptable not to notify in advance.

4. First room was overly hot and a/c would not cool. New room was acceptable for temperature.

5. Digital key wouldn’t work first day and took about 20 minutes to get it to work the second day.

6. The person who designed your elevators has a sense of humor by having each car its’ own recall button. Since you don’t know where the car is, you have to press both buttons only to get both cars arriving at the same time. Going to be a BIG wait issue when you are full.

7. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day as I had a DND sign out from 1400-1515 and was told by the front desk the clean between 1400-1500 and my sign had been out all day. Not accurate. I did get new towels as I requested.

8. Shower door allows for water to pour out onto floor unless pressure is turned very low.

Check out took 2 hours and they still were not able to reconcile the proper dates and charges. Still waiting response from the hotel manager and GM.

Room Tip: No quiet rooms as the hotel building is under construction. Wait until the hotel is ready for occupancy.

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Oswiecim. We appreciate your loyalty to the Brand.
We are very sorry for all the problems which accured during your stay.
Thank you for all your suggestions. It will help us to improve for the future.
The information regarding the incorrect thanking letter title was very useful. We have already resolved this issue.
We are waiting for Oswiecim government to approve the parking signs. We are also working on the problem with the elevators.
The entrance to the hotel from the garage is possible only with the entryphone or the room key because of the security purposes.
We have contacted Hilton Honors to make sure that both stays are valid for the points.
We do apologize for the problem with AC. It should not happen. We invited you to complimentary dinner at our restaurant.
Our GM will also write to you directly.
Please feel warmly invited to visit us again as we work towards providing the best level of service to our guests as possible.

First American style hotel in the region. Met all expectations.
Have stayed many nights in the area for business work.Polish style hotels have smaller and not very comfortable beds. Having a king size bed was a pleasure.

The hotel is very nice and it is conveniently located. However, it is not yet completed and that is why access to better rooms is not possible. The staff definitely could do with some training because right now most of them are clearly incompetent.

Your comments are very useful for us. They enable us to develop in the right direction. We sincerely apolagise for the inconvenience in preparing your invoice, our hotel systems are still being setup after the recent opening of our hotel.
