Friendly and great staff especially Bambos and Ninja, clean rooms and clean bathrooms, and the pool is very good and clean and in other hand the hotel is not expensive and near the clubs, bars and restaurants.

All of the staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem to them and would do anything to help, they should all get a medal. Very clean and spotless, not even one cobweb, food was good and presented well. Just two problems our VIEW WAS A BRICK WALL which was about 10 ft away from balcony and the room could do with ALOT of repairs and updating, I've stayed in many hotels all over the world from 2star to 5star and the living room was the worst ever for damage that I have seen. I still had a cracking holiday and would return but insist on different room X

Very friendly, clean and tidy hotel. Good size pool and separate children's pool. Short walk into town centre. Cannot fault it. Would highly recommend to everyone. The numerous regular guests say it all!

As a 55 year old couple we were dubious about booking for Ayia Napa expecting it to be all boom boom boom and young ones over there for the party life, well we could not of been more surprised it is a beautiful holiday destination that we will go back to, there was an area for the young ones to party the night away that we visited
and was made to feel welcome but didn't bother participating in lol.
But there was also a whole lot more with family entertainment in the bars with tribute acts, also karaoke etc etc and a massive funfair for the children.
The beaches (which there are lots of) are amazing especially the harbour. .
Back to the hotel..
all the staff were brilliant, food and drink reasonable prices ..
a microwave and toaster would benefit the rooms .
our only criticism was on a 10 day stay our towels were only changed 3 times. We were in a studio apartment when we arrived that was dull and dismal with no view at all so we upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with pool view for an extra 10 euro per day that was reasonable and a good move.
Overall the cleaning of the rooms was only done when the towels were changed,
Could be better.
As mentioned in other reviews they do charge you 8 euro per day per unit for air conditioning. We only purchased 1 unit that cooled the whole apartment.
The location was ideal, peaceful in the evening and the guests all got on really well with each other. The beaches are about 25 min walk away which is quite a distance in the heat of the day and too expensive to use taxis every time you go. There are lots of shops and restaurants approx 10 min walk away, not all tack shops that you get in most holiday resorts.

Thanks to all the staff for a lovely stay at your hotel.

The location of the property is ideal for people who are driving as it is on a convenient road and enables you to reach nearby beaches by car without getting into traffic. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and well equipped. Cleaning service every day and change of towels every two days much appreciated too. Good security as there is a gate for the cars that closes.
Areas for improvement: when we arrived at the apartments the receptionist only gave us our room key and kept our id and the rest of the payment. When we went to our apartment it had a really strong unpleasant smell that came from the toilet and covered the whole apartment despite the fact the toilet/bathroom was clean. I went back to the receptionist to report this and also to request the remote control for the air conditioning. The receptionist told me that in order to use the airconditions (one in the bedroom and one in the living room area) I needed to pay 8 euros per night for each one of them. Admittedly this was something I did not notice when I booked the apartment so please look at the small print when you book. When I went back to the apartment with another lady from the reception to deal with the smell she told us that the smell was probably from the strong disinfectant they used which was clearly not true as we realised the next few days the smell came from the shower pipes and had to do with the local draining system. When we turned on the airconditions the one in the living room started leaking a lot of water. We called reception who sent Billy their repairs man. Billy was very good at his job and said the aircondition was broken and did not work and that it would need replacing which had to be done 3 days later and when we would have left the apartment. Being tired from the journey and the heat we did not think of asking them to change our apartment which was a mistake because we thought we could cope with one aircondition. However, the host should have thought of that. On the same day of arrival I had to pay another visit to the reception to ask for the TV remote control and the wi-fi code, things that should have been provided to us on arrival without all this unnecessary walking back and forth to reception. In addition, when we left the premises, the receptionist forgot to give me back my Identity Card which meant I had to drive back to the apartments to pick it up two hours later which was very frustrating. There is clearly room for training the receptionists to do a proper job without putting clients into unnecessary troubles. As a compensation for not having both airconditions checked and repaired before our arrival I asked the receptionist during checkout not to include the one working aircondition in the price which she did but reluctantly so which I found rather unpleasant and not appropriate.
