I stayed in a River review room and had a great experience at Sofitel Noosa
The rooms were well presented and styled with good amenities - although parts of the resort starting to show its age - bathroom spa, TV out of date with no Netflix , the rooms themselves were spacious excellent cleanliness, and the balcony overlooking the Noosa River.
Centrally located with excellent choice of food nearby - hotel itself has 2 entrances a front entrance and back entrance via the pool direct onto Hastings St eateries and restaurants, as access to the Main Beach precinct across the road. We drove up from Sunshine coast and used the hotel parking at $25 / night - no issues finding a park.
Poolside bar is well staffed serving good cocktails as you soak up son - with sun lounges which opens till 4 PM daily and pool closing at 10. On one rainy evening we tried Room service which was actually had extensive offerings including Moreton bay spaghetti, and curry snapper from the Noosa Beach House Restaurant.
Late checkout at 12PM topped off a relaxing resort style stay.
Excellent experience with no major faults overall
Tip: if the weather is bad or you feeling like a lazy evening try order room service from Noosa Beach Restaurant (the particular dishes specified in menu)
