Every visit always went there. Looks updated. TOO expensive. Lost my support. How hard is it to take an order... new staff unfortunetly and not friendly

Fish and chips is alright but tastes rather bland without any vinegar or tomato sauce. Asked if they have tomato sauce and they say a packet costs $1.20! Felt so rip off!

My opinion is mainly based in the selected meals.

The staff was friendly and they have plenty of space, suitable for big groups.

It is our first fish and chips. The french fries were prior frozen.

The seafood was really fresh. Our sorted evaluation, in order of decreasing recommendation (1-best):
1- Fried calamari
2- Flake (shark, our first time and quite good)
3- Fish bites (of the seafood platter)
4- Tiger shrimps (seafood platter)
5- Scallops (seafood platter)
6- Grilled calamari

Stopped over for lunch, had fish/chips, mussels, oysters, prawn, scallops and squid.

Had all types of fish/chips on the menu except Salmon. They are very good (better than the good one in Bicheno I think).

Other recommended ones which I think is nice are squid, mussels (very nice) and oyster.

We went here looking for a mix of fresh and cooked seafood without breaking our bank. The tasting plate they gave us included fresh oysters and prawns with a variety of perfectly cooked local specialties.
