You cannot visit the Hunter Valley without stopping here. A superb view over the vineyards with a spectacular selection of desserts all handcrafted in house. Hot coffee and dessert. You can have a full meal here.....very sweet!

We made the drive to the vineyards especially to go to Sabor after seeing an article in a magazine.
It was one of the coldest days this winter and on the drive up we were looking forward to getting nice and warm and having a yummy desert.
Unfortunately there wasn't any heating on and sitting on cold chairs didn't make it any better. We were given some menus to look at that were very well worn and tatty which should be replaced. The was a basic menu plus a bigger selection which you could choose from the display. If all this was good I would have rated excellent.
We ended up choosing 2 tasting plates from the cabinet and a flaming brownie from the menu. One of the tasting plates was delicious and the flaming brownie was good to see being lit at the table.
Prices I felt were a bit expensive and our bill for the deserts, 1 glass wine, 1 cider and a coffee was around $98.00.
If the atmosphere had have been warm and welcoming I would probably consider going back for a special treat but given our experience this time I wouldn't.

Fabulous service by the staff. Ordered the tasting plates, coffees and croissant. Quite expensive, however your paying for exquisite desserts! So delicious and the coffee was great. My husband accidentally spilt his coffee and they replaced it free of charge which was so nice of them.

We dropped our son off to meet up with other yr 12 food tech students from Narrabri, NSW. The HUGE choices & variations were amazing! We stayed for a 'sweet' lunch & chose individual delicacies as well as the taster plate (a bit of everything) for our daughter. The tastes & techniques involved making all would seriously put all Master Chef great desserts to an immunity test win!

Indulgence to the max! Be prepared to be spoilt for choice in this amazing dessert bar, safe in the knowledge there is no wrong choice here- all are mouth-wateringly delicious . I had the Toblerone cheesecake- to die for! Coffee’s excellent as is the service. Great location, great service- can’t fault it
