We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a wonderful river view. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. There was a lovely balcony with views over Claisebrook Cove which is an oasis of calm within the city. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful.
There were plenty of places within a few minutes walk for both breakfast and dinner. With the free bus service running outside the hotel access to central Perth was extremely easy.
Would certainly stay there again and recommend it to other travellers to Perth
Dear Amanda T,
Thank you so much for your review and for taking the time to offer feedback.
I am delighted to read you enjoyed yourself and made the most of all that East Perth offers those who come to visit.
Hope to see you again soon,
Our room was upgraded without asking to a small suite with a kitchen and laundry facility. The location was great, free bus to town and restaurants downstairs. Our only difficulty was with the ac, we had trouble setting them and has a warmish first night - not the hotels fault. Great to sit on the balcony and watch boats from the river, handy car park downstairs. Stayed 2 nights but could easily spend longer here. Minor complaint was bottom sheet on bed not fitted and kept coming out.
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at The Sebel East Perth.
I am sorry you had some trouble with the Air Conditioning, I hope this did not impact your time with us too much.
Thank you again and I hope we get to welcome you back again one day soon.
Booked a std Queen Room, city view. On arrival was asked at check in what's the Occasion? I replied with, It's our Anniversary. A few minutes later we were upgraded to a river facing apartment. Very nice Hotel and now with the new walk bridge, over the Swan River, a walk to Crown is comfortable. The only let down for the Hotel is no free street parking but you could say that the City of Perth are to blame with six days of having to pay park and the car parks are so expensive, in the area
stayed for 1st time doing business in perth. the hotel is under Accord management . the room is clean and spacious . the hotel doest have restaurant but you can easily get the foods at the restaurant along the river.
highly recommend .
I had been wanting to 'check-out' Claisebrook Cove for a long time and the long weekend presented the opportunity. Need to keep your eyes open to locate this hotel and I had to drive around a couple of times to TRY and pull up out front, to see if any parking was available - stumbled upon the driveway to the carpark underneath and managed to get the last space available. $30.00 for the privilege...(I would probably park in the public carpark 'just up the road' next time...) Checkin made easier as you can do it online - and finalise and pick up key in person. I had booked a Superior River View room and this had a furnished balcony overlooking 'the cove' - lovely to sit and 'watch the world go by'. Bed very comfortable and the shower terrific. This room had a small kitchenette - very well equipped. The hotel has no on-site restaurant but within close proximity are a multitude of eateries - a number of which give you the option to charge back to your room account - sort this out with Reception before you dine. I had included breakfast - for which you get a voucher up to a certain value - again a couple of choices to dine. A very enjoyable stay and the staff I did see, very willing and helpful.
