Great apartment hotel in central location with a few dining options around (except the Royal Waterfront which is recommended by the Sebel as they don't have a restaurant onsite). Will definitely be back next year. Easy walk to Optus Stadium.

Stayed in a 1 Bedroom Apartment Riverview, good view, quiet location. Staff are really helpful. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Location has quick access in and out without going through Perth city. IGA across the road.

Stayed here on transit to Europe; 'halfway' between airport and downtown for quiet location with fresh air
Location: quiet, on waterway, local restaurants nearby, 20mins to airport; probably a little isolated for shopping etc without a car
Rooms: massive apartment; well equipped, clean and tidy
Dining: none onsite but local <1min walk and offer charge-back option with Accor discounts
Service: friendly and helpful
Would we stay again: Yes

Room tip: Balcony rooms are worth the fresh air

Dear Jenallan18,

Thanks for the terrific review. I am sorry you felt it was a bit too far for shopping. The free bus in to the city helps with this. Making it just a short 8 minute bus ride in to the heart of the city.

Hope to see you again soon,

Thanks again

Mandy

This is a pleasing, modern complex located on an inlet of the Swan River with easy-to-reach cafes and restaurants close by, some of which offer Accorplus members the discounts available in the Accor Group hotels. We chose it because of its proximity to the Indian Pacific rail terminus. We were lucky enough to be offered a free upgrade to a room with a river view.

The complex is a bit of a spread-out warren. This was not a problem upon arrival as a pleasant staff member was available to navigate to our room and help with the bags. An early departure, on the other hand, required this fogie couple to make their own way back through a series of doors (good security), out into the cold, and up the street to Reception.

The rooms are bright, clean and comfortable with OK facilities. Great bed.

There are plenty of nearby eating options. In the interests of an early night we tottered across the road to the IGA store which sells an array of very good, reasonably priced takeaway curries. For breakfast we ate at the adjoining Toast Café – good coffee, nice, reasonably priced food, pleasant service.

Room tip: Rooms overlooking the river (but, of course) you pay more. Check out the takeaway fare at IGA across the road.
