The Westin Perth is a beautiful hotel. Tasteful decore, polished staff, excellent rooms, infinity pool, top gym, bar and massage facilities. This hotel is a stand out and should not be missed if you get the opportunity.

Room tip: Level 21 overlooked the city and the Swan River

We enjoyed a one night stay at this delightful new addition to Perth’s accommodation options. We booked the Westin Weekend Welcome package. The excellent rate included valet parking, buffet breakfast at Garum and super late check out time of 3pm! From check in to check out we enjoyed excellent customer service. Breakfast at Garum was wonderful. A delicious spread of Italian pastries was a special addition to the standard buffet offerings. Very attentive wait staff. We will definitely be back (very soon I hope)!
Thank you to the lovely team at Westin Perth.

Stayed in club suite which is massive! It is $$$$ but has everything you could imagine at touch of a button. Everything is quality! Everything smelt beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable, light and bright!

It has huge bathroom and 2 toilets. They don’t mention 2nd toilet, even when I called to enquire they said only 1 toilet. The internet needs to provide more information about the rooms- very vague! Also needs better lighting in bathroom.

There is separate living area and bedroom is nice and dark with electric blinds and curtains. Bed very comfortable and great choice pillows. Also TV in bedroom but very slow to turn on.

**House keeping wasn’t the best. It was after 2pm and we had to call to have someone clean room. We had to leave room and It was a rushed job.

Big side tables with power points and USB - finally!!!!!!! Not trying pull bed out to plug in chargers!!! - thank you!

Second bar fridge for your items - thank you!

Most staff friendly

Room service was bit slow and very $$$$

Lifts very slow

Executive Lounge club was really average.
We have stayed in other 5 star hotels that offer this service and it is amazing! The gap between 11am - 5pm was a few soft drinks, tea coffee and biscuits. This definitely needs to be improved if customers are paying premium prices for this service.

Overall, it is a beautiful new hotel and feels clean and luxurious.

i had two nights in perth and the westin was a winner. i'm not sure of the age of the hotel is, but it's clearly quite new - the exterior impressed upon arrival. from the valet attendants out front to the front desk staff, the service was friendly, helpful and professional.

then there's always that first moment when you open the door to your room - it can be either underwhelming or "wow". the westin was easily a "wow" entrance. it's hard not to be impressed by the theatre of the blinds automatically retracting along the floor to ceiling windows upon entry to the room. it was quite a large room, very nice finished. the bed was very comfortable with a wide array of pillows to choose from. very stylish bathroom too, and who doesn't love a big rain head in the shower.

i would return in a heartbeat.
