The markets are a great place to amble and grab a souvenir or two. There is delicious fresh food available and the indoor food market is definitely worth visiting to sample local delights. My daughter and I particularly love the white chocolate and marscapone stuffed figs.

We are so lucky to join the last night market yesterday night! There's loads of fun!!! Lots of kiosk for nice food including meals, dessert and drinks. Also, there are booths for handmade tiny things. Music on stage with dance is also great!

There are some games in giant size, which recalls our lovely childhood.

If you have chance to visit Melbourne in Winter to Spring, don't miss it! It definitely makes your journey more valuable!

Plenty to feast your eyes and stomach on at the QVM. Don't leave without trying a roll from the Bratwurst shop and a hot Jam filled donut from the American donut van parked outside the markets. Plenty of photo ops for tourists!

THE GOOD: well organised.

THE BAD: quite disruptive environment, lots of chatting while bargaining prices, fishmonger shouting out his goods, mite not be suitable for children...

TIPS: go in the morning where there's less crowd =)
