If you want to see the Brisbane city on water or just want to get around Brisbane the city cat is the way to go. The inside of the ferry is very spacious and nice with massive windows. The front and back are outside and offer great views of the city.

If one wants a waterway overview of the city, this is a great way to do this. One can board and disembark at any stop. It is inexpensive. Bathrooms are very clean.

We took the ferry as we were on a short leisure trip and thought this would be an affordable and good way to see a bit more of Brisbane and venture out of the centre, where we were staying. The staff were friendly and informative and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend CityCat as a reliable and efficient way to get around and see the city.

So our beautiful friends invited us on a walk, from Teneriffe to the City. Awesome!.
We decided to catch the ferry from Bulimba, directly across the river to Teneriffe. 3 of us had Go Cards. My husband did not.
Go Card cost - $2.60each way = $5.20
No go card cost - $4.70 each way = $9.40
Get a go card people...
