Still sitting on this stationary bus 40 minutes after getting on at the airport, whilst they await other victims. No sign of departing any time soon, and the ‘10-15 minutes’ wait’ that the driver announced, sheer garbage. Two of us travelling together could have got a taxi instantaneously for the same price, which would also avoid the endless hotel drop-offs and be cool. Avoid this farce like the scourge it is. The driver has zero empathy for the sweltering souls in the tropics paying them to get us somewhere.
We are very sorry to hear that you have had a terrible experience on our Service. I can assure you and all future passengers that this is not how we normally operate and we will certainly investigate this further!
I booked a 2-way shuttle (To and fro airport) both arrived on time and friendly driver.
They have someone at the counter at the arrival area of the airport manning a booth.

When I arrived the driver was standing at the terminal. I asked how long are we going to wait for other passengers and he answered 20 minutes. I asked how long it will take to the hotel and was said 15 minutes. He told me the price is 20 dolars. I said that on web page its 18 dollars (just book my return shuttle that morning). He said it must have recently go up (ya, in a few hours). We waited for other passengers 45 minutes. Then we left and after another 45 minutes I was still not at my hotel. We were even picking up people, not only leaving them.
Also he charged and got on a bus a women who was going to Novotel. Without a simple information that Novotel has free shuttle. She should know but I still consider it ugly.
My shuttle from hotel (another driver ) went without any problems.

I was left waiting outside my Darwin accommodation at 11.30pm for an hour which was very stressful for a single female in the middle of the night. Even though I had a booking they failed to pick me up. I tried to phone the office but received a message to phone a mobile number in an emergency. I phoned the mobile number and it went straight to message bank (very unhelpful). I then had to phone a taxi which took a while to arrive so I only just made my flight. Also on my arrival in Darwin my flight arrived at 1am and by the time I arrived at my accommodation it was 2.45am. If I had used a taxi it would have only taken 10 minutes. I will never use this service again and it is the worst shuttle bus service I have ever experienced and I have travelled quite a lot.
We are very Sorry that you had a bad experience, whilst we try our best and are successful most of the time we do make mistakes and apologise for this.
Easy booking (online), friendly & helpful staff at the phone, nice driver, fair price to get to the airport. Only negative point: was late by 20mins.

Just about to check out of our hotel and one of these shuttles pulled up. Asked the driver and told we needed to book - fair enough - so rang and were collected within 20 minutes. Two people and luggage from CBD to airport departures for $30 meant we were pleased - much cheaper than a taxi for the two of us.
