This is a shell of what the Westin used to be like. A true disappointment for us as this used to be our favourite hotel in Sydney.
I understand how pressing COVID would be on hotels but our experience was very poor and the price they charge certainly does not reflect the service provided.
Our main feedback would be the bars and restaurants which are of poor quality with pricing that is exorbitant.
The housekeeping service was not good and needs much improvement. Unfortunately, you have lost us as customers and we will not be returning to the Fullerton.More
