I have been traveling regularly to to Sydney for over 20 years , averaging 2-4 months a year , I love the place and all it has to offer a visitor , it's my second home in Australia. I've stayed in probably 40+ hotels , mostly 4 & 5 Star in the CBD or nearby and consider myself well qualified to rate this hotel as the best 4 Star in Sydney. The Hotel opened it's doors in August 2018 and I was amongst it's first guests ,it has since become my favorite 4 Star hotel when in Sydney. The hotel managements ethos of putting the guest experience as a first priority and the staff doing their utmost to make their guests feel most welcome and valued is the essence of a great hotel and the foundation for a comfortable and memorable stay. I stayed a couple of nights in early December after a long break from Sydney due to covid 19 restrictions , I felt like I had returned home. Special mention , Victoria - General Manager , Mitchel - Manager, Louis - Duty Manager , Hayden - Front office Manager and all the team I had contact with , Thankyou !More
