We arrived and were pleasantly surprised as the hotel was looking lovely in reception. Guys on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We were driving an SUV with a pod on top and they advised it may not fit in the underground parking that we pay extra for, so we tried to find street parking, however was unsuccessful. We came back to the hotel and emptied the pod and reception took it for us behind desk. Perfect. Room was tidy. Beds came as requested. Rooms warm. Bathroom could be cleaned a bit better and could do with a bit of a renovation. Main Bed was comfy, besides pillows... not sure if u could really call them pillows. Felt more like a cot set sheets put in a pillow case. Breakfast, had a lot to choose from and good value for the money. I was set to give a 4, however, when we went to pack car, the car park had cars everywhere. One car waited for us and that was fine however, another car had double parked across and behind us and was extremely difficult to reverse out of the space. One had to direct and another had to drive. We then drove around to front of hotel to put the pod back on. We parked to the very left as it seemed like cars entered on first drive way and drove in front of hotel to up the back car park. We did this as to not get in peoples way while putting pod on car and packing the pod. We had car after car pull in the second drive way and one rude woman had her say that it is not a good place to park. I feel the hotel let others not staying at the hotel park in the car park? This caused a lot of stress while trying to exit the hotel due to im guessing the hotel allowing people from other businesses to park in the car park.
