Stopped over for one night. Basic rooms but clean and all we required. Beds a little on the hard side but still slept fine, room was quiet and dark. Staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful on both arrival and departure. Great value breakfast for just $7!

We booked 3 months ago for a two night stop and never in my wildest dreams did I think Id have to request a chair.
The Rooms are exemplarily clean but that’s where it ends.
To me, hotel is best for arrive late, leave early travellers.
Rooms are minuscule with one tiny, tiny stool to sit on. Barely room for luggage. No frills and you don’t get them. Overpriced considering the room we got elsewhere was only $7 a night dearer, double the size, bath, 2 beds etc.
On saying that, the staff were very, very obliging and I wouldn’t fault them. Our not staying was due to a medical condition which prohibits me laying for long periods of time and I needed a chair to sit comfortably on.
This Hotel perhaps Not the best choice for older tourists.
They refunded our money without any charges applied which I thought very kind of them.
The motel was very busy so others are obviously appreciative, i think it would be great for single travellers just wanting a very clean room, a bed for the night, a small cafe area off the foyer to eat and bonus free parking.

Rooms were small but the bathrooms was even smaller, no room to move on the loo. Ended up in a bath as shower recess filled up. Was quiet and you got what you paid for. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Good budget accomadation

Room tip: If you have claustrophobia find something bigger

Stayed only 1 night. Have stayed here twice before, last time 3 years ago. This time the room was disgusting! Hairs everywhere, on the plastic cups, in the shower, on the walls. Walls were dirty, floor was sticky. Blanket on bed had spots, had apparently not been cleaned for some time! Never again.

One tour bus all up with friends went to Floriade festival in Canberra and we stayed in Ibis Budget Hotel which is nice, clean and friendly staff, also with free breakfast. Place is not that far from where we're going.
