Thought I would treat the family to a meal tonight and I wish I kept my £42.00 in my pocket.

I ordered x3 rump steaks and the house special burger.

I asked for x2 medium and 1 well done. All 3 steaks was dry and the chips was just full of fat.

My husbands burger was really dry and the egg was hard boiled.

Best part of the meal was my husbands coleslaw and his French fries.

Now we go onto the waiters service, two steaks came out and we waited for the next without and knives or forks. The next steak came out about 3 mins later, then the burger was on its way and the waiter dropped the fries on the floor, still no knives or forks. Eventually we got them. Don’t know if it was a stand in chef tonight 29/05/18.
Not happy customers.

After check in and given the wrong vans twice and a very upset husband, as this was our 11th wedding anniversary holiday, the 3rd caravan was quite nice and we stayed in that one as we wanted to settle down and relax for our holiday, not sure if it was the first or 2nd night that we had used the toaster and it trip the electric leaving us in the dark until security chap came to fix and wasn't waiting long though, really good and superb swiftness and we both can't wait to go back in October to have another week there and will be going with our extended family for their first caravan holiday for the kids, Thanks to josh though and trying his best for sorting us out for the third time for the great van we had for the week and only small minor niggles which was sorted out once we addressed them, Thanks for the staff who was all helpful and was great throughout the holiday.
Looking forward to October when we all go again :)

Lovely site plenty for kids to do,swimming pool is fabulous and entertainment was the best I've experienced. Stayed in a status deluxe which was lovely and clean on arrival. Nearby hornsea mere was beautiful and the lighthouse in withdrawal well worth a visit. Would definitely stay again.

Would recommend this holiday park, however I wish some dog owners would keep dogs on leads. Entertainment very good with some great shows. Not eaten here yet bud will be doing as it looks really nice.

The volume level in the show bar is absolutely ridiculous. Loud is OK, it should be as it a show bar. However the volume in the show bar is not loud it is ridiculous. Tourers pay a fortune for a season pitch, after not being able to stand the volume on the show bar, as it makes everything inaudible, going back to the caravan to only hear it bellowing out there too. Turn it down, to a level that is audible and enjoying. This weekend there was a delapadated swing ride, playing ridiculously loud music too. No need for it, if it was to try and attract customers, it was doing the exact opposite.

Thanks for taking the time to review our park. We are sorry to hear that you felt that noise levels were too high on park. We do carefully monitor the sound in our Complex using a decibel meter and we ensure that we stay within recommended levels.
