An easy 20 minutes walk from the Reeds Lookout Parking area, along a well marked and flat walking path. Along the walk, you will come across a dry river bed, where walkers are stacked up piles of rocks. Give a try stacking up the rocks! The Balconies is made of two rock platform viewing areas which are well fenced with strong railings. It offers a safe viewing platform.

The Balconies - used to be called the Jaws of Death / and as kids we went there as a family and were able to walk into “the jaws”. Now it’s fenced off & not directly accessible - you can still get a good view of it though. A bit disappointed.

This is a wonderful little walk for all levels of fitness and wheelchair accessible . Great for sunset views.

Allow an hour to walk there and back from Reeds Carpark including time for stops, it's only 2km roundtrip and pretty level on a good dirt track.

Couple of good vantage points along the way and even a comfy bench to sit on.

Well worth the effort.

Couldn’t see much as it was covered by fog during our visit. Kind of disappointed. Viability as probably only about 5 meters. Yes it was that bad during that time.

This was an easy walk to the balconies, flat and through bushland. At the end is the lookout. People had climbed over the barrier to take photos which was very dangerous. It's nice, but suggest prioritising the Pinnacle and McKenzie Falls
