We always stay at this hotel when visiting Sunderland.
The standards are always excellent. The rooms are clean and well equipped.
Breakfast is presented well with a wide variety of produce.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was really a nice stay and experience. The rooms and facility were up to par and expectations. Our expectations were blown out the water when we tried the bar especially with Amalia as our waitress and she was really understanding, patient and she maid the whole experience fantastic. She made sure we were well attended too and that we were taken care of. She also made really good suggestion especially because I was unsure of what to get.

i absolutely loved everything at this hotel! the rooms were comfortable and the service was impeccable. the restaurant was especially superb, amelia made my night during dinner every night, very friendly and personable and just out of this world. thank you to everyone

Carol Forsyth and the friendly team provided our party of 8 with excellent service, going the extra mile to bring out the birthday cake and join the rendition of 'Happy Birthday' for my 88yo father. The food was of great quality and enjoyed by all but what really made the difference is that the staff wanted to make the occasion special and succeeded in doing so. Thanks everyone!
