Stayed here on Saturday with national holidays on our way back from Italy .The room not bad on the second floor 2 single beds later we found out a couple from the same party got our room with the same surname? We had steak in the restaurant and asked for bread to go with it 2 mins said the waiter we never got any like other tables that came in after us .The waiter then came to me with another dinner he looked scared to death for some reason and he took it away.We finished and I went to pay and she was charging me for 3 dinners its a good job I checked and she amend the bill .The breakfast was a joke nothing worked I hope I don't stay here again

Room Tip: Second floor or above

This is a very poor hotel in many respects. The rooms smell of drains and this applies to most of the first floor rooms. The bedside lamps did not work and one didn't even have a bulb in. The shower head was not attached properly, so showering was really difficult. Breakfast was the biggest problem as it was complete pandemonium. The coffee machine and juice machine broke repeatedly. Guests had to queue for food, then queue separately for plates in a different corner and then queue in the original queue for the limited range of food. The saving grace was the helpful young lady on reception trying to make everything better.

Room Tip: I would not stay here.

We stayed here for one night as part of National Holidays trip to Lake Garda.
The hotel room was small, dirty and smelly. The shower did its own thing. I would not stay again.
Breakfast was help yourself but the coffee machine did not work. All in all a poor show.

Stayed here 2 separate nights en route to and from Italy (organised coach holiday)
On the first nights stay we had a small darkened rooms with a clumpy heater by the side of the bed which made getting in/out difficult. The selection of drinks tea/coffee was adequate.
The room really needed updating and brightening up, very dingy and quite oppressive, if we weren't so tired from 13hrs travel we would have complained and requested to move. It felt like a cupboard but did not know other rooms differed.
Breakfast was good/continental, 3 different cereals, sliced bread for sandwich or toasting, french stick, sliced ham, jams, Nutella, fruit, yoghurts, pastries and a decent machine serving a selection of coffees and tea/fruit teas etc, and decent orange or apple juice, the dining area was bright, plesant and seemed newly refurbished.
On our return night we were given a much brighter more palatial room, bathroom and toilet separate, large room, very comfortably furnished-totally different to our first night so wish we had complained and possibly been moved.
We tried the Bistro restaurant (Le Bistrot) for evening meal, we had concessionary rates as a coach tour, steak, chips and salad €10.90, normal menu price was €15. Good selection of food on menu, desserts looked and tasted stunning.
Friendly staff.
Much more pleasant experience on 2nd visit.
Tip-if on arrival your room appears poor ask to change, rooms with 'keys' were not upgraded, rooms with 'keycards' were upgraded xx

Stayed here twice once on the way and on the way from Italy trip with national. This is a lovely hotel nice and clean and tidy. Staff seemed helpful and friendly. Would stay here again if ever that way in France.
