We had an extremely comfortable room on the ground floor, which is just so considerate as it is more difficult as we get older to move suitcases around. Sean always helps as well which is an added bonus. The showers are great and the beds luxurious and spotless. The proximity to town means you can have a comfortable stroll to the Rock of Cashel as well as Restaurants, pubs and other attractions. Bernice's local knowledge is terrific and she directed us to a most interesting Famine Graveyard that we had previously missed, also directed us to Fahey Castle which was another great discoveray.
The Breakfasts at Aulber House will keep you going until about 4.00 so be prepared.
One of the main attractions of Aulber House is the fabulous gardens. They are truly beautiful and to be able to sit in these surroundings and enjoy a glass of wine and a cheese plate is just lovely.

Room tip: Dont stay anywhere else in Cashel!!! All rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean, spacious and quiet.

Aulber House is breathtaking... the grounds are perfectly manicured and the flowers are beautiful! Our room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower warm strong and hot! The offerings at breakfast were vast...fruit, cheeses, breads, and a full Irish breakfast made to order! Such warm hosts... Book your room fast, as this is a popular place!

Warm welcome. Fantastic place. Clean comfortable room with bags of space, lovely warm shower. Amazing breakfast, and all a very short walk in to town. Lovely grounds and owners who obviously care about the service they provide. Highly recommend

In our two weeks in Ireland, nowhere topped Aulber House. We were so pleasantly surprised when we pulled into the driveway and were greeted by our gracious hosts Sean and Bernice. Even though we were early they greeted us and directed us to find lunch in town, and the castle for an afternoon tour. The rooms were large, and spotless. Large bathroom with great shower. The grounds are beautifully manicured. There is so much attention paid to detail. Nice room to have tea in the afternoon. Breakfast was typical Irish fare, nicely presented. We would highly, highly recommend staying here if you can get in.

Aulber House looks like an old country estate home but it is was actually constructed as a bed and breakfast. Therefore the rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. Beds were excellent and the rooms are quiet. Plenty of parking. The gardens around the house are beautiful and well kept. A short distance into Cashel, about 15 minutes to several restaurants, but along a busy road. Just a couple of minutes by car into town and the Rock of Cashel. Breakfast was very good. Easy drive on motorway to/from Dublin.

Room tip: Beautiful gardens
