Coming from the traditional Bachmair Weissach Hotel (who referred us here) I was shocked in seeing this Restaurant which looked like an ice cream parlor at the lake. Opening the door made it worse as loud music was blasting (turned down at our request). Our server, Jacky, must have sensed my reservations because she did everything possible to put us at ease - and she succeeded. The Menü also was a Little unusual but the food served was so excellent that I lack the vocabulary to describe it. The Mezzo were superb, tasty and simply delicious. So was the cooked to perfection lamb and various veggies. The young cook, Mr Seifert, should have a bright career ahead of him but should make sure he takes Jacky with him wherever he goes. A fantastic experience. Our Hotel has the ambience but the Clubhause (part of our Hotel) has the cook. That makes the choice of where to have dinner tonight difficult.
