Incredible place every detail thought of beautiful room great service. Whitney bar warm and relaxing. Igloo very special ! Reception team so helpful nothing too much trouble. Managing skis with skimium was excellent. Only criticism was didn’t think breakfast was that great expensive for the choice especially cooked options.

This hotel had been recommended to me and certainly lived up to its recommendation. I really enjoyed my stay, everything was excellent from the initial welcome, the friendly staff, the great service and lovely room. I could not fault it. If I return to Tignes I will book this hotel again.

We stayed at Hotel Les Suites - Maison Bouvier in early April 2019 and had a fantastic time.

Our room was perfect, great ambiance and lots of space (with a bunk bed for our son, jacuzzi bath and living area too). The food was exceptional. URUS the Michelin star restaurant was superb. The croissants at breakfast were to die for (freshly made each morning) and we enjoyed the fact that you could make your own freshly squeezed fruit juices if you pleased. Service was impeccable. Special mention must be made of the identical twins Denisa and Lucia (sp?)- one works breakfasts and the other dinners, so you may think there is just one of them!

The staff in general were superb and always willing to help.

The food at Whitney Bar was superb too. We also ate at the other affiliated restaurants Table de Jeanne and the Panoramic - all highly recommended.

As for location, it was very nicely placed at the end of the main strip in Val Claret. Everything from ski shops, restaurants, shops, ski lifts are all just on your doorstep.

We don't often go back to the same place twice, but this place certainly is on our list! Worth visiting this hotel to just see Iglu the mascott - the biggest/friendliest dog you'll ever meet! We also had a lovely time in the spa - the pool is larger than it looks, nice hot tub, sauna, steam room and spa treatments were very nice too.

Our 5th year in this hotel, there are only positives : the team without exception are exceptional, the rooms are so comfortable and well equipped, the bar has amazing choices of food & drink as well as a sublime ambience, and the Michelin starred restaurant Ursus provides the best food anywhere in the resort. The spa is a must as is Le Table de Jeanne, the sister restaurant in the resort. Always have the loveliest experience here, they simply provide for your every need.
