This clean and comfortable property boasts a very friendly and helpful staff. Liked the northern views of picturesque farmland on rolling hills. There is parking with an elevator and the town is just barely close enough for an uphill walk. There's a good supermarket next door. The attached restaurant is excellent.

Good quality free wireless internet.Could use a little refurbishing and AC was temperamental at times. But would recommend staying here if in the area.

Just outside the center of Todi. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great view of the Valle Tiberina. Varied and rich breakfast. Parking is available. I have not tried the restaurant but my first impression was not favorable.

the hotel is quite nice, with spacious rooms, and we hD a wonderful view of the country side, bed was comfy, bathroom a good size and a great shower.
The downside was the breakfast was very poor, with the same choice on offer every day of our 5 night stay, with he the exception of the scrambled eggs on two mornings, which looked dreadful, needless to say we didn't touch.
The staff were very nice, quite charming.
Eating out was quite a trek up the hill to the town as there was only one pasta restaurant nearby, which we would not recommend, but about 15minute hike up to town you come across Trattoria Da Piero E Silvana, excellent, I will do a trip advisor on that one .

I've recently returned from a 2 night stay in room 257 which is in the extended part of the hotel with a balcony enjoying views of the Umbrian countryside & glimpses of Todi perched higher up the hill. It was very quiet when we were there which tended to make the large dining room lacking in atmosphere. Breakfast was the standard continental offering of cold meats, cheese, bread rolls, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, cake etc. We didn't eat here in the evening so can't comment on the quality of meals at other times of the day.

It seems to me that the hotel was specially 'dressed' for their photos, either that or they were taken some time ago, You'll see from those I've uploaded that our room & balcony facilities were somewhat inferior to those published by the hotel which may set unrealistic expectations unless you're lucky enough to get one of the superior rooms. There was no central light, just quite dim bedside lamps & a lamp on the desk. There was a mini bar but no facilities to make a hot drink in the room. The gentleman on reception was very helpful & accommodating. He seemed to be running the place almost single-handed with just another member of staff helping out at breakfast.

It was great that there's a lift from the undercover car parking to get the luggage up to the rooms. I don't agree that you need a car if staying here. We used the local bus to get up to the centre of the old town. We found it to be reliable, running every 30 mins from a stop on the main road just 5 mins from the hotel, & a timetable is kept at reception.

Todi is a very ancient town that has a slightly down-at-heel feel when compared to others we visited - e.g. Orvieto, Assisi, Citta del Pieve, Montepulciano - but it's also less touristy which some may find preferable. Unfortunately we noticed, on the walk back down to the hotel, that many of the shops on the road out of the old town were no longer in business & several were for sale. There was a definite sense, sadly, of the town having seen better days.

There for one week. Isoro, Massimo, and Christina were friendly and excellent hosts. Accommodations were wonderful. Breakfast was very good as were the two dinners we had in the restaurant. Parking was convenient. Todi is a pleasant town and was convenient the places we wanted to visit: Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto and Spoletto.
