+ lovely, cozy and family run small hotel, very clean, nicely decorated and close to the beach, comfy bed sized at queen size, the staff is also so nice, friendly and helpful, free WiFi, excellent connection, tasty breakfast with good choice of fresh fruits and pastry. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
- old type of air conditioning - you can feel dump air when A/C is on

First stay in Italy. Seemed to be Family owned and they are a beautiful family. Very caring and always so helpful.

The hotel looks like new. Very clean and nicely decorated. Our room was overlooking the neighbour’s garden, great balcony. They arranged our transfers from/to airport. Free wifi, excellent connection.

Crossing the street you walk about 100m and reach the beach, and you can walk all along the coast. You can even rent bikes for free! There are excellent restaurants one next to each other all along the coast.

For 2 euros/pp you can reach Pisa in 30 mins and see the leaning tower.

No complaints, great stay.

Lovely hotel and extremely affordable. Nice breakfast and great cappuccino each morning. Walking distance to the small town and places to eat for dinner. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our trip was off season but we were still able to visit and walk on the beach all the way into town.

We stayed here prior to an early morning flight from Pisa, the hotel itself had limited parking but we managed to find a spot that wasn’t charged on the road outside and the hotel will move the cars to try and ensure maximum capacity in the car park itself…the car park is locked at night time. Hotel was very accommodating of our early morning departure and let us check out and did not hold passports so we could just get up and go in the morning. We did not have breakfast due to this, so cannot comment on that aspect.
It was nice and clean, the towels were a bit odd, like sheets but they did the trick..
It would seem that Tirrenia/Marina de Pisa completely shuts down in the middle of September, which I suppose works with peak tourist times and so as such there really isn’t a lot to do around the hotel in terms of restaurants and bars. The main Marina is around 2 miles away and the town in the opposite direction is about a mile and half. The hotel did offer to lend us bikes but after walking around Italy for 5 days we declined this offer and went in the car.
Only a small selection of restaurants and bars were still open, I think in the summer time this hotel is ideally located as there are loads of places along the main coastal road and heading down to the beach front.
If I was coming back in the summer time I would choose to stay here but off peak I would probably aim for Pisa itself for more options.

Booked for one night and were on the second floor. The room was bright and clean with a comfortable bed.The problem is the property is right on the road which is like a racetrack so not a place to be if you want a quiet nights sleep.

Hello and thanks for spending time on your review.
All of our rooms have soundproof windows.
Our hotel has also nice quiet rooms on the rear side, so if you come back we will be pleased to offer one of these rooms.
Best regards
Cristiano
