I stayed there with my family and we had a great time. The location is perfect, 10 minutes away from the beach and restaurants and just a couple of minutes away from a small supermarket. The hotel is very clean, the pool is great and the staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms have A/C, and double glazing.
On our arrival, Signor Enrico gave us all the information regarding the area and how to travel to Pisa and Livorno.
We had a great time. I recommend it.

Just back from a fabulous week's stay at this hotel. Extremely friendly, laid back and helpful owner Enrico who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. Rooms are spotless. Breakfast delicious-lovely to have fresh fruit (and pastries!) and a pot of English tea. Lots of other options too. Pool was fabulous, clean and never busy. Tennis court a bonus too. Small supermarket 2 streets away and only a 10 min walk to beach and a variety of restaurants. Bikes also available to use free of charge. A very well positioned hotel just 15 mins from Pisa airport. I don't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who needs a relaxing place to be after touring the nearby cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence, especially in the August temperatures!

We booked this hotel on the basis of the excellent reviews and we’re not disappointed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the service was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were very friendly and polite. The pool area was lovely and the tennis court was an added bonus. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
