We stayed here for the last leg of our honeymoon, and our experience was amazing.

(I will say that I almost had to give it a 4 because of the noise, but everything else was just so great that I couldn't give it less than a 5. See bullet 6.)

1. The team of staff members is incredible. They were friendly, accommodating and super helpful. We needed quite a bit of help navigating (getting to see Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius), and they made phone calls for us, booked transportation and really went out of their way to be helpful, give advice and make it a great experience.

2. The hotel is just beautiful. Lots of color and tile throughout. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the town, and we spent some afternoons out there reading and drinking wine.

3. The breakfast was great! That's not a make-or-break part of the experience for me, but it is nice not to worry about finding breakfast when traveling. Lots of great pastries, fruits, meats and a few hot dishes. Great espresso, too!

4. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere, and it's about a five minute walk down to the beach. Lots of fabulous restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There was so much around us that we never even ventured to the other side of the town!

5. Because we were here on our honeymoon, they gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. This was such a sweet gesture, and we enjoyed it on our balcony as we read and planned our days in Positano.

6. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper, but because all of the floors are tile and there is no carpet or rugs to absorb the noise, it seems as if you can hear every little noise during the night. The hotel is close to a busy street, so you'd often hear horns (Italians honk their horns a lot) and busses driving by. You hear furniture being moved in rooms around and above you, and you can hear what seems like every door closing in the hotel. I downloaded a white noise app while we were here, so that helped a little bit. But when you've had such great sleep all trip, and this is your last stop -- you really just want some more quality shut eye!

Overall, our experience was incredible. The noisiness was frustrating at times throughout the night, but every other aspect of the experience was really great, and I'd definitely stay there again.

My wife, our friends, and I all absolutely love this beautiful hotel in Positano. We were lucky to get rooms with superb views of the beach and also of the charming town of Positano. In fact, the views from the hotel are so stunning that one might even consider spending an entire evening in the balcony of their room.

The hotel is ideally located... close to the beach, and also close to the bus stops in case you want to take the bus to explore other towns in the Amalfi region.

A wonderful breakfast spread makes every morning in Positano even more wonderful and magical.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Hospitality is wonderful and the service was quite exceptional.

Our family of 2 adults and 3 children stayed for 5 nights at savoia. It felt like home after a few days. we sorted out how to get a pot of hot water for tea and they were very accomodating for these little needs. The rooms were spacoius and very comfortable and lovely big bathrooms. Our view was gorgeous and we enjoyed Positano for its relaxed and easy going style. From the hotel we had a easy walk to the beach and all good restaurants.
The breakfast area was lovely and something we looked forward to every day. also the local bus was a stones trow from the hotel which made getting up to higher spots in positano very easy.
Great stay.

Stayed for 2 nights in October. Had a deluxe room which was traditionally decorated with lovely floor tiles, a massive bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony with views down to the sea and over the town. The breakfast room had a terrace with window boxes overlooking Positano and had a great choice of cold meats, cheeses, pastries and cake. Lovely.

Room tip: Deluxe room with balcony.

The staff was so welcoming and hospitable. They could not have been nicer. Rooms were spacious and the location was perfect. The hotel is a very short walk from shopping and restaurants. We will stay here on our next return to the area.
