Vast and well appointed rooms set in a refurbished, family owned 15th Century villa with many original antiques. Luigi and his friendly team provided excellent service. Taking breakfast under the wisteria covered terrace was so tranquil and the meal we enjoyed at the outdoor restaurant excellent. It was a Saturday evening and full of many locals as well as guests. The pool is heaven after a day exploring Lombardy and Tuscany or simply to rest and recouperate when you are travelling during the hot summer months. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at a 500 year old villa next to Orvieto. Stayed 2 days as my wife was at hospital 1,7 km away. Very easy and refreshing 20m walk. Also 30m walk to beautiful Orvieto. The room was clean, spacious and had a comfortable old world feel, Reggie at front desk was very nice and helpful and offered to help with my situation. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to stay at historic villa and be near Orvieto. Did not eat at hotel but it has high rating and b=very nice atmosphere with old wood decorated ceiling.

Stayed here for two nights, comfortable and clean, a bit tired & in need of a refurb, pool was closed but thats probably because no one else thought it was warm enough to use !
Good service , buffet breakfast adequate.
The restaurant is separate to the hotel and was very very busy both nights with locals .....so must be good !

Wonderful pizzas served in the hotel restaurant/pizzeria. Very nice ambience on the Monday evening we visited with all the other diners being Italian. Did not stay in the hotel so cannot comment but the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and efficient, and spoke good English. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an authentic Italian meal!

This is a beautiful hotel, quiet, ample parking, wifi, with a separately run restaurant within the hotel.its not at Orvieto and in fact it's not even close if you plan to walk. It's at least 10-15mins by car. The neighbourhood looks ordinary suburban but it is close
by car, to shops etc. Notwithstanding it is a gem. The villa and surrounds are an oasis of peace and calm, beautiful building and gardens. The rooms are large and clean and the restaurant is terrific, really good. It's a perfect spot to stay and explore.

Room Tip: Not Orvieto but a great hotel
