Very pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Agree with all of the other reviews. Pool area very relaxing on a hot day, as is the lounge room. Meals pretty good but there is much to choose from in the area. Coming from Melbourne we are a little precious about our coffee and the hotel coffee was not good. Walk down to the first coffee shop you come to for a decent coffee, just a few hundred metres. Ask for a cappuccino (they don't sprinkle chocolate on the top), as a latte here is far too milky.

A lovely stay in a good quality hotel which was made special by the attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is centrally located and so is convenient for all that Montecasini has to offer. The meals in the hotel are of a good standard and if you fancy a change there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

We stayed for a week with Collette Travel. Our room was comfortable with a huge double bed. Although there was a massive wardrobe with integral drawers, there were no storage facilities for cosmetic and bathroom items in the bathroom. We had to “store” items on a bathroom stool and toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap were crammed around the washbasin taps. A cupboard in place of the large mirror over the washbasin would solve this irritating ommission. Breakfast in the mornings was far better than the usual continental fare, including eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, all freely available and well cooked. We had two evening meals here and they were delicious. The wine was not overpriced as is often the case. There is a secluded swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, unfortunately our tour was so hectic we only had time to glance at it!

Room Tip: Our room was 1st floor at the front, sometimes a little noisy from traffic but not overly so. The small balcony has only one chair.

I spent a week at the hotel with a group from Gate1 Travel. My single room was small but very comfortable with a balcony. The French doors could be opened for light and fresh air, something rare in a new hotel these days. The lobby, bar and dining room are elegantly furnished and the staff is professional and most helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food.

Centrally located, with the most impressive public rooms we have seen, this is a must stay hotel. The staff, food and Wi-Fi was above expectations. The rooms were small but very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a repeat visit.
