We stayed in the Thea hotel for 10 days end of July early August. It was very relaxed and friendly. Lovely rooms, we had a sea view which was great. Sun beds & umbrella booked when we arrived €120 for 10 days. Very clean everywhere. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection. The restaurant across the road was very good and you get a 10% reduction when you are stay at the hotel. Not a bit noisy so you can get a good nights sleep. The wild stuff happens in Cattolica on the other side of the river which can be got to by a lovely little ferry or you can walk over the bridge.

Was not sure about putting three or four stars. Decided for three. So it's true hotel is right on sea promenade. Location is good. Room was decent. Minimum space to hang clothes and not all drawers of cupboards were sliding out. Balcony was sea view but we had a very tight balcony couldn't properly stay both in it. Also in ours there was nowhere to hang the wet clothes out. Room was clean and linen clean. In one of the night we were there ac stopped working. I searched for list of info nos to call reception didn't find it. It was impossible to sleep. We were given a small fan to survive the night. Guests at hotel are given a card for a ten percent discount to use at the restaurant which is in front of hotel. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. Decent stay

A very clean and friendly hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, although apart from boiled eggs there are no hot food choices. It states there is parking available. This is at an addition cost of 12eu a day and is more than 300metres(which they state) walk from the hotel. Beach umbrellas, loungers and even beach towels all come at an addional cost. But overall worth considering

We spend an entire weekend at this Hotel and the experience, food and service were a TEN PLUS! Thank you. The breakfast was incredible with a variety of food and located just in front of the sea that makes the breakfast time super relaxing!

Stayed in the middle of May so wasn't into the high season. To be honest paid such a low price 38e/night that I wasn't expecting much, but it was great. We were upgraded to a sea view room with a small balcony which was lovely to sit out on, but was a little cramped with two of you. Enjoyed just sitting there watching all the locals getting prepared for the season. The rooms are quite quirkily decorated which I liked and comfortable. The floor of the shower was wood which seemed a bit strange but did the job. Right on the beach what more could you ask for. Few restaurants and a bar close to hand, one of the restaurants is owned by the hotel so you get a discount in there. Lovely walk along the promenade to Cattolica. Breakfast typical Italian with boiled eggs available. One thing we weren't aware of was the hotel is locked up at midnight, so it was lucky one of our group had gone back earlier so was able to come down and let us in. Only us English out in the Pirate bar late at night in May.

Room tip: Sea views are great
