Hospitality is great. Don't be shocked by your first impression. This little family hotel is well situated. 300m from the beach. It's just near a main road and the railway but I can't say it disturbed us a lot. The room was very clean quite large. Would come bach again every time visiting the Italian Adriatica

Lovely hotel with large room, quality fittings, friendly staff and very clean!
Unfortunately it is located near the railway so expect noise from trains.
Good breakfast with home-made cake! Francavilla is a nice town with good beaches and great fish restaurants.

Were just there end of Nov'14, a beautiful and traditional decor, seems a lot of attention (and money) was invested in the little details, and all modern facilities included.
Just spent one night on our road trip, but definitely enjoyed the special touch. Breakfast was nice, fresh bread, pastries, eggs, Italian breakfast juice, fresh cappuccino made to order.
We got a very nice room right above the reception area, with a long balcony with old style tall glass doors and wooden shutters overlooking the main road (was quiet since off-season), very comfortable bed and other room features. We had plenty of free street parking, don't know what it's like in the summer. Wish we could enjoy it in the summer too, just a couple of blocks away from the beach and a whole lot of restaurants and shops most of which were closed when we passed by. Highly recommended (and only €50 B&B)

Room Tip: the one right above the reception :)

Hotel Claila has a very nice location, it is very close to the beach. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and all of its restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly and the old building very nice.

The hotel is next to a railway and thus it was a bit noisy. Hotel wifi should work in all the guest rooms but we had no proper wifi signal.
