We have been to many restaurants in forte and neighbourhood and decided to order a few bites inside and sit outside. They have a huge selection but there are no prices so it was an unpleasant surprise when we had to pay €80 for 2 persons which is way more than when you would sit in a "real" restaurant.

Fabulous products, wine and champagne are charged at the shop prices. Any foodies who love fresh burrata, great iberico ham, fresh ravioli etc will love it. Its not cheap but for the quality it is value.

We had dinner here, but it was overpriced and not that good. I wish we didn't go. For two ravioli, two zucchini, 2 calamaris, two glasses of wine and some bread we paid 63 euros. There is nothing wrong with expensive restaurants if they are good. This was just NOT the case. Stay away!

This place is fantastic. It's actually a really great wine store with deli counter ! So you get great wines at shop prices. The counter has home made salads , pastas, hot and cold dishes. Great with kids ! And Romantic. The owner Hugo is a great guy. I actually arranged for him to ship me some wines to London. And he added parmagano and olive oil. Do takeout.

Parmigiani is an institution, in Forte; great stuff like Parmigiano cheese (the real stuff of course, please forget cheap German copies of this delicacy....) Langhirano ham (the best in the world) and so many more delicacies are exposed with a choreographic gusto that you will find only in Italy. Recommended, if you aren't a penny-pinching guy; if you are one, you might find it a bit dear. But you must pay for the joys in life, don't you?
