Guido is an exceptional chef bringing a modern twist to some Tuscan classics. His tomato and bread soup with fried mussels is a delight as is the mushroom risotto with Quail. In fact over a week at Le PIAZZE we ate in most nights and tried most dishes, all were exceptional.
On top of the food, the service provided by Bucci and Alessia was top class .
