This is a wonderful small B&B, family run with outstanding personal attention and a wonderful breakfast. Room clean and comfortable, lovely pool and delightful setting in an olive grove. Some noise from bust nearby highway.

My husband and I stayed at B&B Villa Seta in mid October of his year. The location is excellent, just down a small road from a very convenient shopping center with a large supermarket. Also, it is less than a 10 minute drive to the Valle dei Templi.
The facility is surrounded by lush plantings of trees, shrubs, flowers, fruit and olive, and beautiful green lawns with a large swimming pool. We were greeted warmly by every person on staff that we encountered. Breakfast was large, and fresh with eggs made to order; we couldn’t taste everything, even though we wanted to. There is a lovely alfresco kitchen and dining area as well. I have read other reviews complaining of the noise from the highway above, but it really didn’t bother us. There are so many trees and shrubs, the sound is muffled. And to be honest, it is such beautiful place to be in, we just didn’t notice it.
Our only regret is that we were only able to stay for one night. But there is always next time!

A great place to stay with close proximity to the archaeological sites of Agrigento. Onsite parking, outdoor pool and an alfresco kitchen area available. The owners are very helpful with recommendations for dinner and provide a Sicilian dinner onsite if requested.

Room Tip: Room 6 is on the ground floor.

We loved our stay at Villa Seta. Good location, nice pool, beautiful garden, lovely family hosting us and great breakfast. Only little downside the nearby a little noisier big road - but we still very much enjoyed our stay.

This B&B is very challenging to find, but once you do find it, you will not be disappointed. We had about given up hope of ever finding this B&B, when suddenly we spotted a small sign with an arrow pointing down a very narrow lane behind some stores. Honestly, it's hard to believe such a beautiful little spot could exist at the end of such a dusty, unappealing dirt road. Even though there were little encouraging signs along the way, we would have turned around except of the fact that there is no place to turn around. Then, suddenly a gate at the end of the dirt road and a giant German shepherd standing guard behind it. Fortunately, there is an intercom that connects you with someone inside and the gate opens. Voila! An oasis in the middle of a dusty dry brown space -- a lovely home with beautiful grounds, green everywhere -- like a mirage in the desert.

Good points: Lovely grounds, small and quiet (except for the roadway that runs above and next to it), beautiful pool, wonderful breakfast, helpful staff, and Rex, the guard dog (who only seemed to come on duty at dusk -- then he barked ferociously at any car approaching the gate). Very convenient to the Valley of the Temples.

Bad points: the road noise (although with the windows closed it didn't disturb our sleep), remote from any restaurants, so going out for dinner is really not easy -- we bought cheese, crackers, etc. from the giant mall nearby and had picnic dinners out in the outdoor kitchen of the villa. Two nights of mini-meals were probably a good idea after ten days of big lunches and dinners,

Room Tip: The room facing the pool is probably the nicest; it has it's own little balcony.
