I visited with my partner last week during the silent season. I agree with another reviewer that the ticket price should be lowered a few pounds during silent season. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed the tour! Our guide, Kirsty, was great. We were fortunate enough to join a small tour group (six people total). Kirsty was great at answering questions, describing Glenlivet’s history and guiding us through the distillation process. We also got to chat with Kirsty after the tour and she gave us a food recommendation to try out- thanks Kirsty!!
Personally, I’m not a huge whiskey lover but my partner is. He was driving the day we visited so it was quite nice that they offer small bottles for purchase so that you can take the samples home and enjoy them later.More
