This Hapimag resort is up to the usual Hapimag standards in most respects-- clean, well appointed apartments with friendly staff. The location is ideal, no need to use public transport to get to all downtown attractions.

But in this day and age, why is there no microwave in the kitchenette? For some of us, the advantage of a Hapimag stay is still the fact that we can cook for ourselves.

Hapimag tends to be slow at technology catch up, but microwaves have been around for almost as long as I've been alive!

My sister arranged for us to stay here for my brother-in-law's birthday. My room was on the ground floor, was quite large, well fitted and comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped including a Nespresso m/c. Everything in the bathroom worked well. Only downside was the bed, the matress was on the rigid side of hard and the pillow was filled with lumps of something synthetic which squeaked slightly when compressed. That said I did sleep quite well, and the room was very quiet.
The location was fine with Ubahn close by and restaurants and museums within walking distance. reception was very helpful and the internet worked well.
A good place to stay for a weekend in Vienna (which has so much to offer a week is really needed)

The location was not so nice, about 15 min. walk from the centre in a really quiet area. But this was ok. The appartment was really, really small for a family with two adults and two children in the age of 9 and 8 years old. The beds were horrable, they tried to help after the first horrable night with a thin extra matrasse, but this didn't really help. During chrismas week the reception is almost constantly closed and they never informed how we were doing. As a conclusion a very disappoiting experience.

We stayed at the Hapimag Vienna for 3 nights as guests of my cousins who have a timeshare. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the City Center.

Our unit was a one bedroom which was very comfortable and quiet albeit a little generic.
Staff was very helpful.

Room tip: Cute neighborhood to explore by foot and some nice bakeries and restaurants.
