Brilliant hotel in an ideal location

We arrived on 1st January and were well impressed from the minute we arrived. We had to isolate until our PCR test results came through. The hotel brough us dinner and drinks to our room.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food was amazing. I am a fussy eater but never struggled to find a few choices that i liked at every meal (puddings are even more amazing)
The hotel is ideally located and a nice sea front walk from the harbour.
The entertainment team had a few games during the day and then a singer or games at night time.
We would recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning

Great place to stay in Paphos

This was our first visit to the Louis Imperial and never fails to disappoint. From the moment you enter you are treated from all the staff very well and everyone is so welcoming. The food is one of the best what we had in all inclusive hotel.The drinks are good and various cocktails available. The hotel was very quite after the first week of January but the quality didn't drop. The manager and the guest relations always around and welcoming us at the restaurant.
The hotel is very clean and the staff making sure that everyone is following the Covid measurements.
Thank you to all the staff and we are looking forward to return.

Room tip: room on the higher floors has a great view to the beach

Excellent Xmas and new year break away

The hotel couldn’t do enough for you or make the holidays (Xmas and new year) any more special! The food was lovely and lots of choices. Even when we had to stay in our room at the beginning waiting for our PCR to come through they made sure we had champagne, soft drinks and food. The rooms were lovely and had wonderful view of the sea. The entertainment staff were very funny and always trying to get you involved. The kids had lots to do. The location of the hotel is really good as only a short walk to the marina. The gala’s were amazing. I can’t wait to go back in June!

Perfect Christmas get-away

What a lovely hotel. All of the staff are so friendly. Special mentions for Anna Marie (wifey), Vicky, Patricia and Roxanne. The food is plentiful and varied. If I would have one slight improvement that could be made it would be for the outside drinking/smoking area to be covered fully as when it rains you cannot sit outside as you get wet. Having said that the pros outweigh the cons. The activity staff are so funny. Entertainment was very good. Bar staff were great. Rooms are very spacious and have all you need. Finally the sunsets are amazing. I am looking forward to my next visit.xx

Lovely Hotel

We normally stay at the Louis Phaethon Hotel but due to maintenance work, we were transferred to the Louis Imperial we stayed at this hotel 12 years ago, what a beautiful hotel, lovely and bright and so clean, i felt so safe and the measurements that were in place for covid lots of sanitizer available were brilliant, the food was amazing and a good choice, the animation team was brilliant and we enjoyed playing the games, entertainment was good, all staff worked so hard and was very friendly, Mr C Paraskeva the Manager of the hotel was fantastic he would always stop and talk and ask how everything was and if we needed anything to let him now what a great manager, also what an amazing lady Vicky was nothing was to much trouble for her so helpful and kind she is an asset to the Louis Imperial and so lucky to have her what a great lady and wish her all the best, i would definitely recommend this hotel, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a short walk to the harbour, i would definately stay at this hotel again
