I benefit from Tripadvisor reviews and although I write few reviews, I feel should "give back" by commenting on the Axiothea Hotel. We stayed two nights. Sophisticated travelers will immediately recognize the value here. The view, the ambiance, the dedicated family that run the hotel and the wonderful breakfast. Close to really good restos and the other sights of the Old Town. If you want to visit the harbour and other sites the bus system is cheap, efficient and 5 minutes walk away. Not for families who want "all inclusive" action but it provides a refined contemplative relaxing experience with very approachable management.

Room tip: 4th floor rooms in the new addition provide the best views of sunset etc.

Just completed our family 2-nights stay at Axiothea Hotel. No doubt the best choice in Paphos as far as value - for - money is concerned. Located on top of a quiet hill overlooking the city, just a 2-minutes walk from everything: restos, bars, taverns and the most beautiful urban environment (the city hall square and the neoclassical early 20th century school buildings). Also offers a stunning sunset view! We parked our 7-seater suv vehicle in the hotel's ample parking space and checked - in the family room (we are a 5-members family). Clean room, great quality bed mattresses! Breakfast was splendid (do try the locally made jams!) Friendly staff and owner-manager Michael a real professional; can talk you through options for outdoors activities, excursions, nightlife etc. Will revisit Axiothea!

An absolute gem in the old town of Paphos. Adjacent to Muse with stunning sea views. From the Wondeful welcome the minute we walked into the hotel to the minute we left just a Wondeful experience. A family owned hotel for 45 years this just oozes history and class. From the character of the all stone public areas to the delightful room with sea view a fabulous king size bed and spotlessly clean. This will be a go to for us whenever we come to Paphos to stay. Try it!! You will love it!!

This family hotel is a value for money option in the heart of Paphos.

Friendly people and excellent renovated rooms with the most comfortable beds ever! Even better than 5 star hotels have.

Great amenities with a great shower!

The location is the biggest advantage. Right in Paphos square with no need for taking the car.

A brand new parking in hotel makes things very easy as in the area you cannot find a descent parking.

What you pay is what you get and even more!
