The hotel is well located with easy access to major highways, the ocean is one block away, downtown Reykjavik is 5 minutes by car and provides parking which is a plus.
Our room had ocean view and the bed was quite comfortable.

Currently enduring a terrible stay due to construction.
I’m currently staying here, and I’m beyond frustrated with my experience here. There’s constant construction noise that starts at 8:30 AM and goes on until 9:00 PM every day. The constant loud bangs and noise are non-stop, making it impossible to relax or get any rest.
What’s most upsetting is that the hotel never informed me about this when I booked my stay. I wasn’t given any warning, and now I’m stuck dealing with this disturbance during what was supposed to be a peaceful trip.
