The attentiveness of the staff was superb. The small details (such as social hour, free mini fridge with snacks, nepresso machine in room) of the hotel really separate it from the others in a good way. The facilities and decor are top notch. We loved the mini spa! Breakfast has lots of options and was delicious. Coming “home” to our room at the hotel was a delight after a long day of seeing the beautiful sights of Iceland. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city. Easy to walk to many things. Bus stops are close to the hotel. Staff and Restaurant were amazing. Great social hour. I can’t say how amazing it was to stay here with our friends.

We arrived early Tuesday morning after an overnight flight from Boston, MA. We did not expect our room to be available due to the hour of our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered complementary breakfast and Marguerita offered to store our luggage until the room was available in the early afternoon.
The staff always greeted us during our entire stay in a very warm and welcoming manner. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had something for everyone regardless of dietary restrictions. Location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

The sauna and hottub were reallt nice and we enjoyed getting drinks from mr Harlem at the bar. The interiour were really fine and breskfast had everything I could wish for. Avocado salad, waffles and fruits.

The perfect hotel in Reykjavik. The location is in a quiet street yet central. The room was great, big with a comfy bed and a fantastic shower in the bathroom. The breakfast had all you need in terms of variety and the bread especially was freshly baked and delicious.
Service was great too. Every single member of the staff was lovely.
We will return for sure.
