Amazing!!! When I arrived I had a birthday cake and some balloons with a lovely message! The view was perfect we saw the volcano eruption from our room! Also we was booked on a trip and the taxi did not arrive so the sales manager took us to our bus! Saved the day highly appreciated! Amazing stay thank you so much!!!
We stayed for 3 nights for my husbands birthday trip to Iceland and it was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are so comfortable, huge comfy bed and beautiful views. The bathroom is beautiful with a big bath looking out over Reykjavik. The staff are also incredibly supportive and friendly and they went above and beyond for his birthday. You can help yourself to drinks in the reception area, which we did each evening, making hot chocolates. It feels very comfy and homely and there’s everything you could ever need in the room. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. We enjoyed everything and will most certainly be returning.
The in-room breakfast was plentiful and the view was amazing. Located in a convenient place, the front desk was helpful and kind. Comfortable bed, nice shower.
It was a little challenging to find on the first day and if you're sensitive to sound, the wind was wild in the evenings.
Would definitely stay again. If you're looking for a deal then I wouldn't stay here, but if you're looking for an awesome place to stay with amazing service, this is for you! Amazing views and super convenient location as well. Plus, the breakfast they provide is really delicious. All the employees are super attentive and helpful as well. All around awesome stay.
Excellent hotel; wonderful stay. Clean, modern, in great condition, very nice linens, great location for walking, plenty of towels, great pillows, helpful staff, great views overlooking city and harbor. Highly recommend. Our best stay in Iceland.
