Me and 8 friends had booked a time at the laser tag game although it was very expensive. We had a hard time finding the place since it's very hidden, but that shouldn't stand in the way of us having fun. When we finally found the place we had extremely high expectations because of he giant hall, however we very soon found out that the laser tag area was just a corner with air pillows, no lights to get the atmosphere, no west for the laser tag, but a head band that was connected to the gun with a cable that kept getting in the way. There was no way of keeping count of how many you shot or anything, as we are used to normally when we play laser tag! The instructor was very inpatient and rude when we had any questions... Furthermore she kept making out with her girlfriend although we had a small kid with us. I would defiantly not recommend this place to anyone. Perhaps the paintball is a nice experience, but the laser tag was terrible!

Dear David. I am very sorry that the experience has not lived up to your expectations. We take our clients' opinions very seriously and are therefore also sorry not to have heard from you regarding this incident. I can only encourage you to contact us to talk about the event and to hear more about proper compensation for the inconvenience. I am sorry that the instructor has not been aware enough about the possibilities here. You can decide yourself if you want to enter the paintball courses where there is smoke and sound effects to play laser shooting or whether you want to play the course with the inflatable obstacles. Sorry that you have not had this opportunity. For your information is the course with the inflatable structures approx. 900 m2 and the other playing fields is approx. 4000 m2. On the equipment itself, you can keep track of how many lives, magazines and shots you have left. When you shoot other opponents or are you even hit, this is indicated with sound, vibration and flashing lights. Our rates compared to the event’s length are very low if you compare with other competitors in the market. However, this is no excuse for the event's outcome which in retrospect was not satisfactory. I deeply regret that the instructor has not been professional enough to be able to separate work life with personal life. This is unacceptable and certainly not part of company policy. As a company, we are responsible for the staff' rigorous training, but in this case we have failed As a consequence, we will in the future put energy into being more critical responsibility of both training and with whom we hire.

It was a bit awkward to get a booking as they wanted a deposit but as we were in the UK, we couldn't pay them. After a few emails back and forth he did book us in but I am not sure how regular they would do that in case people don't turn up.
It was well worth it in the end and everyone had a great time. I would definitely recommend this to everyone going to Copenhagen.

Myself and 7 friends visited here last Sunday, and we had a fabulous time. The staff went out of there way to satisfy us and I would highly recommend coming here if you have a spare couple of hours. They let us book without a deposit as we were coming over from England without a Danish credit card and even gave us detailed information on what time bus to catch to ensure we are at the arena on time.
We didn't do Paintball, but instead opted for some fun games like Dodgeball, Human Table football and Sumo assualt course, and our instructor was very professional and great fun(and also hot too which helped !) She also let us try our hand at bull rodeo riding and sumo wrestling for no extra charge. Everyone in the group really enjoyed the afternoons fun and the three hours we had booked flew by.
There was even time for a nice refreshing pint afterwards in the clubhouse, and prices were very reasonable. Perfect for stag weekends and the like, try it you will not be disappointed...
