Our stay at this Copenhagen hotel was satisfactory, and probably qualified for a rating of around 3,5. The room was very small, and lacked the usual things like a hairdryer, soap and shower gel!
However, service throughout our stay was very pleasant - all staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were also superb, with the crispiest bacon we've ever had in years of travel - we suspect an industrial size air fryer?

It was clean and hotel personnel was friendly. Easy to store baggage when waiting to check in at the room. We will come back here another time.

I was really pleased with my stay. The hotel is located in the centre of the old part of the city, within walking distance to the royal palace and many museums and churches. It is also close to the pedestrian area for a nice shopping experience. The hotel was clean, luxurious and the staff was kind and friendly.

This is an exquisite hotel with an exquisite, helpful and friendly staff. I had room 2241 which was good size, with a comfortable bed, electrical outlets everywhere, great wi-fi and good air-conditioning. I traveled in late August and the afternoon sun entered the two tall windows, so air-conditioning was very welcome.
The buffet breakfast is excellent with everything you would want with both hot and cold choices.
The property is well located near museums and shopping streets.
About the only negative I can think of (and this is a stretch!) is that the safe is located at floor level and I couldn’t read the directions, which are written in tiny print. One of the staff very kindly hand-wrote out the directions for me.
This is a lovely place and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is old, but is in good condition, the location is really good, very central and walking distance to center, shopping district the port and Metro/trains. Stayed for 2 nights, we were a big group, the staff are super friendly. The drawback is that the rooms are old, my room was smaller than some of the other, and it was bit humid, small bathroom. Would recommend for the location and staff..

The hotel is well located, near some of the most popular attractions of the city.
Old property. Not wheelchair accessible.
The assigned room was very small and the price was very high. Bad value for money.
