Firstly, when we arrived, they gave us the key of another room, who someone else already was inside. After they gave us the right room, we realized that even if we have booked a 4 bed room, we saw 2+1 extra bed. They told us that tomorrow (1 person would come tomorrow) they will change our room.
As you can imagine, they only add another extra bed with no room at all for our baggage. We had a big argument but they didn't change our room. Because we were there on business we didn't have the time to look for another hotel. In the picture you can see our room without the baggage.
Moreover the sink was clogged and no one fixed.
My worst experience of reception ever.

After a long flight , the airport cab was able to pull right up to the front door- a novelty in old towns-
The front desk spoke great English, Lobby and on-site restaurant had AC, though restaurant is only open for breakfast, which is included til 9:30am. They also had an elevator.
The room had AC, though they use the power key cards to turn on room power ; the shower was strong and they had shower gel and shampoo too. Bed was clean and comfy, even the pillows. Very clean.
I had a small sweet balcony overlooking the marina a bay .
The front desk clerk went above and beyond when my taxi “no showed” on Sunday, and she recruited her husband to get me to the marina of our sailboat. Really incredible…I can’t say enough how unexpected and pleasant for a first timer.
It’s on tge edge of the old town, so you can walk to many places .

We stayed here as a party of 8 before and after our sailing holiday. We were allowed to check in early both times and our luggage was stored when we needed to wait until 5pm to get the boat. Staff very friendly and helpful. AC very good, bedding and towels clean and soft.
Location ideal.
Good value for money, not five star but we did not pay 5 star prices.
Would definately use again when in Lefkada.
