This is a lovely hotel in which is quite central and in close proximity to local transport and plenty of restaurants.
We stayed for 5 days at the beginning of May.
Check in was nice and smooth and it didnt take very long to get to our room. We had been upgraded on arrival which was a lovely and appreciated gesture.
The room was more than adequate and had a very large balcony with loungers, the bathroom was delightful they had a deep tub and a separate rainfall shower.
Breakfast was of a good quality, however peak times seem to be 7ish during the week as most are up and ready to go out on their hikes. Indoor and outdoor pools were both clean and well maintained.
Only slight niggle but has no made impact on the score is that as a 1st time visitor a heads up about where their car park entrance would have been nice. As there is no free public parking around the hotel.
We will definitely be staying with the Melia chain again.More
